Based in Bella Vista, the practice offers services for all ages, emphasizing a client - centered approach and serving as a trusted resource for mental health support.
To create a supportive and calming online experience that reflects the clinic’s in-person atmosphere, with intuitive navigation and clear information tailored to various age groups and concerns.
To highlight the qualifications and therapeutic approaches of the Clear Minded Psychology team, building credibility with potential clients and referrers.

The planning phase began with a deep dive into the clinic’s values, client demographics, and therapeutic philosophy. Key messaging centered on safety, compassion, and collaboration - core principles that needed to come through in both visuals and copy.
The site structure was developed to guide users smoothly through services, clinician profiles, and practical details such as fees, referrals, and booking procedures. Special attention was given to ensuring accessibility for parents, educators, and individuals seeking support.
Squarespace was chosen for its elegant design capabilities, responsive templates, and ease of content management. The visual approach focused on soft, neutral tones and minimalist design to create a calm, professional appearance that aligns with the clinic’s ethos.
Key pages of the website include: About Us, introducing the practice’s mission, values, and inclusive, client-focused approach; Our Services, outlining support for children, adolescents, adults, and families facing issues like anxiety, depression, and life transitions; and Referrals & Contact, offering guidance for GPs, educators, and clients, along with a secure contact form for inquiries and bookings.
Following the launch, Clear Minded Psychology’s website became a reliable hub for prospective clients and referral sources. The mobile-friendly design ensured that parents and individuals could access information quickly and comfortably from any device.
