To clearly present Ozzi Care Services' extensive support offerings—including Assist Personal Activities, Assist Life Stage Transition, Access/Maintain Employment, Community Nursing Care, and Development-Life Skills—through structured content that resonates with NDIS participants. We began by understanding Ozzi Care Services' support model, target audience (NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators), and unique value proposition. Special focus was given to the provider's commitment to matching participants with the right support workers based on their unique needs and comfort levels. This defined a clear and logical site structure centred on education, trust, and accessibility.
The design followed a clean, professional, and accessible aesthetic to reflect calmness, reliability, and compassionate care. Strategic use of welcoming imagery showing positive interactions between support workers and participants, combined with a calming blue and white colour palette, ensured clarity while maintaining a warm, inclusive, and trustworthy feel.
Content was crafted to simplify complex NDIS concepts into clear, concise messaging. Each service area—from Personal Activities to Community Nursing—was structured to highlight benefits, eligibility, and real-world application. Strong emphasis was placed on the participant-centric approach, the 3-step booking process, and the "Why Choose Us" section, which addresses critical concerns like quality safeguards and plan management. FAQs were strategically integrated to answer common participant queries immediately.
